Healing for women after sexual trauma

1:1 Trauma Guidance

This personalized guidance is specifically designed for women who have experienced sexual violence or abuse. Having walked my own path of healing from sexual trauma, I understand how vital a sensitive and individualized healing process is.

Over the past years, I have deeply explored trauma processing, reclaimed my strength, and transformed my challenges into my greatest resilience. Now, I share the knowledge I have gained about trauma—especially sexual trauma—and the healing resources that have supported me. Through this 1:1 support, I offer a safe and compassionate space to help you navigate your healing journey at your own pac

 

Trauma-informed Yoga & Guided Conversations

In our 1:1 sessions, we combine trauma-informed yoga with a supportive conversational space. Each session is tailored to your unique needs and personal healing journey.

Yoga helps process trauma on a physical level, supporting nervous system regulation, while our conversations provide a safe space for your emotions and healing. Together, we create a nurturing environment where you can reconnect with your body, release stored tension, and gently move forward on your path to recovery.


Uniquely Tailored Sessions

Sessions are tailored to your individual needs and progress, allowing us to move at a pace that feels right for you. We can structure the sessions into different stages of healing, guided by the following themes: 

  1. Arrival: Discover what you need to feel secure and grounded. 
  2. Safety: Discover what you need to feel secure and grounded. 
  3. Mindfulness: Stay present and experience the power of awareness. 
  4. Boundaries: Recognize, honor, and uphold your personal boundaries. 
  5. Strength: Awaken your inner strength and learn to take up space. 
  6. Self-care: Nurture and love yourself, just as you are. 
  7. Trust: Build confidence in yourself and your abilities.
  8. Freedom: Let go of what holds you back and embrace the freedom to fully express yourself. 


These themes serve as a guide, but each session is tailored to your needs in the moment. There is no fixed structure—you set the pace, and together, we shape your healing journey. 


Your Safe Space

Each 1:1 session lasts approximately 60–75 minutes, providing a protected space where you can fully express yourself. The flow of the session is always aligned with your needs, honoring your boundaries and comfort. Through mindful movement, breathwork, meditation, and deep conversations, we work together to foster healing, self-acceptance, and renewed strength. You have full control over what feels right for you at any given time. 


Purpose Of This Guidance

The purpose of this 1:1 guidance is to support you in reclaiming your strength and walking your path to healing. You will leave each session feeling more balanced, empowered, and with a deeper sense of self-love and compassion. Step by step, you will experience how to release past trauma, embrace inner freedom, and cultivate lasting peace within yourself.
