End your week with a gentle, deeply nourishing Yin Yoga practice designed to soothe your nervous system and prepare you for the days ahead.

In this 75-minute class, we move slowly through supported floor-based postures, allowing time and breath to soften the body and mind. Sacred Sunday Yin is an invitation to let go of tension, release emotional residue, and reconnect with your inner stillness.

- A grounding arrival ritual

- Long-held Yin postures for deep release

- A soothing savasana with optional oracle card pulls

Trauma-Informed Yoga

Trauma-Informed Yoga for Women

Every Tuesday | 18:00-19:15 | 75 minutes


Safe Haven Yoga is a trauma-informed yoga class thoughtfully designed for women who have experienced trauma and are ready to heal at their own pace.

This is not about performing perfect poses but rather about reclaiming your body as your own, with gentleness, consent, and deep respect for your journey.


In this 75-minute class, you will be guided through:

- Mindful movement practices focused on choice and empowerment

- Grounding breathwork and somatic awareness exercises

- A safe, nurturing space where your boundaries are honored

- Closing rituals like journaling prompts or heart-centered meditation


This class is perfect for:

- Women healing from trauma, stress, or chronic tension

- Anyone wanting a deeply supportive and non-judgmental yoga experience

- Those seeking to rebuild trust with their body and inner wisdom

Trauma-informed yoga is a gentle, mindful practice that prioritizes safety, choice, and nervous system regulation. It’s designed to support your healing without pressure or performance. You are always in charge of your body, and every movement is an invitation, not an expectation. 


Not at all. These classes are open to complete beginners as well as experienced practitioners. The focus is on inner awareness, not how flexible or fit you are. 


These classes are for women of all ages (16+) who long to reconnect with their bodies, calm their nervous systems, and create space for healing. Whether you’re navigating stress, chronic tension, emotional burnout, or trauma, you are welcome here. 


Please come in comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle. Mats, blankets and props are available, but you're welcome to bring your own mat. 


Classes are held in the beautiful healing space Shala Vida in Zürich Wollishofen, Speerstrasse 54.
